Billing?

Hi all i'm more of a reader than a poster but i'll give it a shot. I am looking for a billing processor to handle one time and recurring payments. I don't need anything elaborate and its not for a paysite and I don't need any sort of affiliate or referral program. Could someone recommend some places. I'm not real keen on paypal and I want it to be the easiest possible thing for people to use. I don't want them to have to sign up for a service just to be able to make a payment.
