if you had to speculate, where is the market headed in terms of ethnic variations, specific fetishes,ect? china and india need porn too they comprise 2/3 the worlds population and will need to be accomodated in the not too distant future, like 2-5 years away.

Also, are we headed toward PPC sites that give the customer a picture a penny and movies for 2-5$, and 5$ monthly subscriptions? causing 30$ monthly subscriptions to be phased out?

I also prefer old good TGPs and classic monthly subscriptions, but innovations always have chances to change every market. People always look for something new. I think we must support every such serious movement , in order to stay on the train. Pay Per Time or Click mode seems to be good.
There are classic ( monthly subscription) companies, like HUSTLER, running VOD sites.
That is my point of view.

I think those countries will prove to be not just a big consumer market but also a big producer mkt. They will offer lower cost monthly subscriptions because their girls will be alot cheaper, their programmers will be alot cheaper and of course they know their local market best.... so good luck to us :D
