Looking for a Script? Or Gallery script of somesort

I need something thats will load galleries into my page at random times random ammounts each timestamped from a database.

Example.

I can load all Galleries from TCG/Silvercash/ARS For "blondes"

If TCG has only 1 paysite for blonde the script won't load all 100 gallries just 1 gallery for that paysite. If silvercash owns 3 paysites for blondes The script will load 3 gallerys. 1 for each paysite. and so on.
