Auto gallery pro help!!!!

I'm looking for someone to set up my tgp template with auto gallery pro. Its a really basic template that has both thumbs and text links.

What I want to be able to do is accept just partner submissions so I need to
set that up.
With regards to the tgp, I want to be able to list both hosted and submitted
galleries. I want to be able to choose which galleries go in the thumb section and which galleries go just into the text part.
In the thumb section I want them to be ordered by how many clicks they get.
And the text links I want to order them by vote.
Is all this possible? And if you can give me a rough idea of how much it's
going to cost that would be great.
