    Question about buying content...

I've been exploring a small niche and have found it hard to get decent content. I did find that there is alot of people selling amateur VHS or DVD videos along the lines of what I am looking for.

    My question is :

What's the process I need to go through in order to buy/license these videos from people so I can use the content on my sites? What kind of legal agreement do I need to draw up with them and is there some sort of template for an agreement that I can use? I'm completely clueless as to how to go about doing this, and I don't know who to ask.

    Anyone?

It's called a "License". Everyone that sells content legitimately has one. When you purchase a "license" from a content provider, you are bound to it's rules, or you can be sued.

    Here's a sample from our site: http://www.hotamateurmpegs.com/licensepage.html

Thanks for the reply Vittorio, I will check out the content deals you listed...

What I was trying to ask though was how can I go around buying content from people that are not content providers but simply sell their vhs and dvd videos online to regular customers, not webmasters. They are mostly home-made videos and I don't think the people selling them have any sort of licensing agreement set up, so I want to figure out what the process of licensing them is.

Any idea who I can talk to about this?
