Cron problem with dreamhost?

Anyone experienced any problems with crontab with dreamhost before?

when I try to install ATL3 I get a permission denied error.

I can't even crontab with a file...

i.e.

[beaudry]$ crontab crontab.man
crontabs/tmp.r1j878: Permission denied



I've had a ticket in at dreamhost for about 10 hours now... I know it's the holiday's and all, but it's a nice weekend for me to get some work done. Or not apparently.

Bummer.
