But I think most programs would be "relieved" that you are promoting them and not using it for their competition -- so they won't rock the boat.

I would think they'd look at it, see that you're footing the bandwidth bill, doing the work on the site, and marketing it, and making them money. Better than paying an employee to take care of it!
