Sure, in other industries, they'd probably take it from you...
But I think most programs would be "relieved" that you are promoting them and not using it for their competition -- so they won't rock the boat.
You see it all the time. I wouldn't worry.

read the Terms, your probably ok. But just watch your metatags with them Nastydollars for instance has this in the TOS

Only if they have the Name Trademarked, other then that it is a free ride, btw, even with a Trademark all they can really do is ask you to take it down, maybee sue you if they can show damages.Comment
