Quality on thumbs

A quick question, what quality do you use on the thumbs on your TGPs? I have been saving mine with 90% quality and as progressive JPGs, but has been re-thinking it lately as I may save some $$ on bandwidht by lowering the quality.

I get mine down to 65%, but I turn up the brightness and contrast to hide and quality loss.

I don't know about % but I save em in photoshop for web (ctrl/alt/shit+S) in medium or high quality. Seems todo the trick

I'm pushing them to 85%, the filesize difference isn't very big with little thumbs.
