If I were you, I'd pick up a good book on modern CSS design (<em>Designing with Web Standards</em> by Jeffrey Zeldman is a great introduction to CSS and XHTML, or anything published by O'Reilly on the subject) and learn how to use a color wheel. Gallery design can be simple, but if you follow basic color theory and make use of some neat CSS style and positioning effects, you can end up with something much nicer

Even if the sites that will link to you don't have a lot of traffic either, in about 6 months of link exchanging with as many sites as you can, your search engine position MIGHT be better. I know, or think I know, that Google wont pay attention to links until they are about 6 months old. That is to prevent people from putting up a lot of sites linking to their pages and then just taken the other sites down once they get the rankings they are looking for.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm just seeing 4 TGP Galleries, why is everybody talking about Linktrades?
But back on topic, your galleries look quite ok, just stick with using 3 Recips on top of your galleries, not more. And don't use more than 2 outgoing links to your Sponsor, cause many TGP scripts has set that as a default maximum, so it could happen that your galleries get declined by some scripts when you use more.
And for your sales problem, on average you'll sell 1 Trail membership for ~20k unique gallery visitors, and one full monthly membership for ~30k uniques, so the problem is that your traffic numbers are too low.
Most TGPs only accept submissions from Partners, so you'd need to apply for an partner account. With completely free gallery submission (no partner accounts and no paid spots) you'll not get more than ~10k per day as it is now, and that number steadily declines as more and more sites switch to "Only Partner".
I've made once a free submission list at http://www.adultsponsortest.com/tgps.htm, but it#s quite outdated.
At http://updates.advancedsubmitter.com...ase/index.html you'll find a TGP Database with ~4100 active and inactive TGPs, and if you need Partner Accounts you can take a look at PartnerRequester.com, there you'll be able to request at ~1200 TGPs and MGPs.Comment
