Hi -
I'm looking for suggestions on a program that can do a couple things for me.
First, I have a template which I consider perfect, and I'd like this program to just make some thumbs that respect the aspect ratio of the "area" in which I have made images fit inside my template.
I'd like to maybe use this program's psuedo-language to tell it exactly where, in my code, I want these thumbnails placed. I don't care what it is, but it has to be fast - I want to crank out 50+ of these galleries in a short period of time.
So to recap, the program will do the following:
Take an assload of images that I have pre-selected
Make thumbnails of those images to respect the aspect size of the thumb "area" itself, inside my template
Make linking code from the thumb, to the original image
Bring me women, and beer.
So, if anyone can suggest a program that can do this (well, minus the beer and women part), I would greatly appreciate it. It would save me a whole bunch of time than to go through all these images, resize the image, make a thumbnail to respect the aspect ratio, yada yada.
Thanks guys, you're always a great help.
