Looking for webmasters for yoeur site

Hi, ok this won't be ready until atleast Febuary/06.. but me and a few other guys recently bought a large 6 bedroom house and have hidden 40+ webcams around the house, also a number of computers. Were currently doing interviews with girls who will live at the residence for free rent, weekly allowance, and other benifits (we have 4-8 girls choosen already). What were pretty much doing is making a new voyeurdorm, accept there will always be girls there, and something intresting going on. So what im looking for a experience webmasters that can create a site with streaming videos from each webcam in the house, also setup a merchant acct registered to our business, and design a very nice layout. Please give me your opinions on the site how much you think it would cost to create it (the webpage) etc.
