Are these mirror sites??

Hiya there, my name is Brendan, webmaster of www.adultsydney.com
This is my main site but I have a sister site at www.adultmelbourne.com. Now though they share the same articles they list separate geo specific sex parties, orgies and what not. I have a huge adult Service directory that for each state. Thing is I have only received a PR for www.adultsydney.com (mind you its a 4 which is cool for a newsite) but my Melbourne site is yet to receive a page rank.
Would this possible be because google bots will identify my sites as mirrors or somthing because they can read the Java and are just reading the text.
Can somebody look at both my
www.adultsydney.com and www.adultmelbourne.com sites and tell me why you think my Melbourne site hasnt received a page rank.

1) How old is each site?
2) Are they both hosted on the same IP address?
3) When did you submit each site to google?

yeah they are both about 3 months old. both introduced at same time and yeah i guess tehy would be hosted on the same IP address. I submited both sites to google at the same time but I actually submited a google site map for the Sydney one well before the Melbourne one and I though that was what caused my site to get s quick PR. That the only diference, I submited a page rank much earlier for www.adultsydney.com.
