Which is the difference from MPEG and DVD adult content ?

Well MPG is DVD format its essentially same just a higher bigger resolution. You can change the extensions of the VOB files in your dvd files and run it in windows media and edit in your fave program.

I have seen that the DVD with adult content are the same of normal DVD that sell around internet...why for someone i can put the movies on my sites and for the other no ?
