SEO experts, please help! (Scraper Sites)

The above sites (all run by the same guy) are scraping content from my site.

He's taken a large chunk (practically the entire main page) of my site, and stuck it at the bottom of some of his pages..

I'm worried that this might hurt my SE ranking/PR.

What (if anything) can I do to stop this guy?

I saw his email on the site. have you tried emailing him? Isn't there a copyright law that you could threaten him with?

Thats what I saw. Couldn't really see what you were talking about. But like i said, there was an email for the webmaster on site

Hey guys... Thanks for your replies.. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Go to any of those sites I listed above, navigate them a little bit, and scroll down to the bottom of each page, you'll see large chunks of text which this guy has copied from other sites. He's doing this to a lot of webmasters, most of them probably don't even realize it.

He seems to have copied an entire page from penisbot.com.

This is what i would do, email him and ask what the fuck he's doing and threaten to expose him, in a nice way of course. Dont be to blunt.

I emailed the guy.. I was very polite, so hopefully he'll get back to me (I'm not gonna hold my breathe though).

I also emailed Penisbot.com, maybe they can scare the shit out of the guy, threaten to sic their lawyers on him or something..

I read this thread earlier today and a couple of minutes ago stumbled on to one of his pages myself.. I was checking google positions for my sites and found this page.

It contains an e-mailaddress I only use to submit galleries, so I think he's a TGP owner.

I just heard back from him. He apologized and said that the text has been removed. I checked, and it appears as though he's telling the truth (all of my text is gone from his sites). Maybe he didn't realize he was doing something wrong... Anyway, I'm still gonna keep my eye on him, just to make sure he doesn't rip any of my other sites in the future.

As long as your content is the original content, you will not be penalized for duplicate content.
