We're going to be opening a new reality themed site soon. We have this 18 y/o hot little local chick who we will be using exclusively for the site and local guys.

I need to know what exactly needs to be recorded on her and the guys. Age , address etc..
Where is there a description of how to record for 2257 now?
and do you have to submit all the info to a certain place?

If we get a host in Canada than we don't need to do 2257 right, because the images are hosted outside? Or does it still matter because the girl and guys live in the USA?

Once the site is up and running we'll get it posted here. It has a kick ass theme that should convert great. I've only seen one site like it out there and the guy says his converts great.

Canadian server will do no good if you are a USA company, using a ISA billing company, etc. If you ave business ties to the USA 2257 applies.

Hosting outside the U.S. only matters if you also live outside the U.S. I'm guessing that you've all heard about the guy in Lakeland, Florida by now hopefully.

Asking 2257 questions on a webmaster board is good for general knowledge, but you should be talking to your attorney instead of listening to a bunch of people on a message board that probably don't have a clue what they're talking about.
