Gallery design question

If I wanted to have a gallery designed, is it possible to have various designs roughdrafted first for free so that I can see what the final template would like before I decide to go with the designer, or is that too much to ask?

Gallery designs are pretty cheap these days. So no you probably won't find that. I will do minor revisions for clients of course if requested on delivery.

Your best bet is to make sure the designer knows what you want upfront if you're looking for something in particular.

Feel free to specify color schemes, refer to designs in their portfolio that you like, give exact thumb sizes you like, etc.

Many designers (myself included) are more than willing to work with you through the design process and allow you to make changes as it's designed, free of course.

Many of my TGP clients go through 8+ rough drafts before they decide on something they like.
