CJUltra problem

Damn!!
When I try to skim,it sends the hits to exout only.Adding 1-2 new trades semms to cure it,but only for a few minutes,then it does it again.
WTF!
This is driving me nuts ..... Okay , more nuts .
Anyone had this problem ?

Thanks Smoke , but Lane is almost NEVER there . One of the threads mentions the same problem , the guy didn't get an answer but posted back himself to say that the problem went away when he added more trades.
I tried that but after a few mins. it does it again.
