Help needed choosing a designer?

Hi, I am looking into starting my first pay site and am currently researching site designers - as I'm sure you are aware it is a bit of a minefield, I have found a few that seem professional but would appreciate it if anyone can give me their opinions / experiences with the following:

I am looking for a more subtle design rather than a load of flashing images and bright colors, probably something along the lines of http://www.altaheels.com/

I probably need 1 splash page, 2 tour pages, a join page and maybe a members area header.

We are new in adult area, but we did two sites with complete admin area(custom CMS system - all uploading are done via browser, so you do noot need o use ftp anymore), so please take a look:
