where do I get ideas?

I know how to create websites and everything now but where do I get ideas I just doneknow where to start like with graphics and all for a site.

Get templates and graphics from your sponsors. They even fix the HTML code to where you can cut and paste it on to your HTML editor. If you need anything check my sig (my fave sponsors) for a little more info on that end :-)

I usually sit down by my computer with a hot cup of coffee, open up my favorite html editor, make a few tables, throw in a few nudy pics and stare at it for like 3 hrs. until it comes to me ... then i just go from there

you can create graphics with photoshop or any graphics program, sponsors can provide you with banners and free content

I would advice you to surf around, just look at what other people do. If you do this for about 2 days you will get enough idea's. But don't go and copy a whole website (design + text), the orginal webmaster of the site won't like that.

grab few popular resources like penisbot.com (for freesites) or thehun.net (for galleries), spend a day surfing and analyzing links there, pay attention to details, download the best galleries to analyze the code

The best thing to do is browse other sites and see what they are doing. Sites that have been around for a while are doing something right so might want to follow their model.
