Does blind traffic convert ?

I am thinking about buying traffic, and traffic like Chokertraffic is blind traffic. at $4.00 per 1k it seems cheap. but whats the point if all it does is slow down your server and you get no conversions.

What sort of conversion ratios should one expect from purchased blind traffic?

It seems to me conversion rates are a lot lower now than they were 12 18 or more months ago. whats the currently expected rate.

Target you choker traffic properly you might see a few trials if you buy tons of clicks. I've seen some pretty herendous stats from sending purchased traffic to FHGs (even worse for paysite tours) buts thats just my expierence Im sure other ppl will tell you it can be done.
The problem wasn't with my conversions. The conversions themselvs were actually very nice, like 1 in 350. It was the fact I had to purchase 13,000 click in order to send 350 uniques to my sponser.
Definatly not worth the $4.00/1k in my case. If it is possible the key is in finding good sites to buy from that best fit your niche.
I think Choker Traffic is more suitable for feeding to a tgp or toplist to either build trades or filter your traffic.
