productivity decrease

I had a significant productivity decrease from this template

anyone know why? Which is the better template?

Weird? Both templates have the thumbs high up on the page ... all i can think of is their either clicking on those 4 pics at the very top or your premium sites text links on the left instead of the thumbs ???

Oh, one more thing, seems like every time i change a layout my stats always decline a little but eventually come back up with a little work
