I have a friend doing real life nude drawings of celebrities that he wants to satrt distributing. Just wondering about the legalities of this...can he get his ass sued???
You bet he can. I believe that would fall under the illegality of using the celebrities name and image for his own profit. They tend to get a little snippy about this, especially Alyssa Milano and her mother Lyn.
