Offshore CC payment processor... which one to use?

Hi all!

I'm starting a website (or two) and need a CC payment processor that's based in a tax haven. One site will be an adult website and other one will be a shop that doesn't carry any adult material so multiple processor suggestion is ok(adult & non-adult).

Anyone have any recommendations? What optins do I have?
