          It is a free script:

          http://awstats.sourceforge.net/

now, you need to install it , since your host doesn't offer it.... Hope you are a bit familiar with chmod (permissions) and php.

Otherwise, any decent host offers it for free on a virtual account. I do on my 3.95 mainstream or my 6.00 adult account.

That is not smart, and you should not be a web host.
If you won't feel as good, I won't feel as cheap.

It comes down to either of the following:

                    - You install it yourself
                    - You pay somebody to install it for you ( probably somebody here could do it )
                    - You pay your host to do it
                    - You change host to one that offers it as a standard feature

Every host running cpanel offers it, as well as awstats.
