Need a reliable bulk e-mailer

Need suggestions on good, thorough bulk e-mail house -- I'm interested in doing some highly targeted e-mailing to a specific category of adult site owner/webmaster. I want to avoid pissing people off with spam so am sending a brief, informative e-newsletter and am making it clear that remove requests will be treated seriously. I'm only planning on sending 1,000 messages a day and am looking for a bulk mail house that can do the job right. I'll be supplying the lists.
