Looking for recommendations

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself as "J" and say I liked checking out this board, its interesting, humorous and informative all at once lots of good stuff here.
I recently started a new website, I am new to this and would like to hear any recommendations on how I could make my site better, and also get more memberships $. I do tgp and that has worked pretty well so far, but I feel like I'm missing something. I am planning on maybe redesigning my free area so there is less scrolling, this I feel is making it harder for navigation, as I have added more models, its more an issue.
I know there are many experienced webmasters on here, and would like to hear any ideas or suggestions on how I can make my site better. This is my first site so go easy on me lol. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks for readin my post ;)

If you get any members to that site, that will only prove that surfers are "still" morons. And that everyone kan make money in this biz.

Im not bashing you, just telling you what I see. Don't worry just continue your work and your next site will be better, and next one even better and so on...(you should see my first site, now thats comedy)

you should really remove the forum from your paysite, when people see dead forum they will "understand" that the site is dead to, and go away.
