Looking for various recommendations

I've decided to finally embark on opening up a site and am in the early research stages. I'm no stranger to technology and can certainly figure out all the technical details. However, I'm pretty green in the graphics design and adult arenas, so I'm looking for some recos from you knowledgable folks. I've done a lot of the preliminary research but wanted to tap into this group for some specifics. Any help would be appreciated.

Some background: I've decided on a pay site of naturally breasted girls and will most likely not have any hardcore. I'll start out with existing content but would like to add original content once I'm off and running.

1) Which are the best content sites that specialize in boobs (natural and D cup or larger) - both images and video?

2) What are the top two CC billing services for US sites? Looking for one that is easy to integrate.

3) For graphics design, is Photoshop the best software out there for designing a site from scratch? Are there templates that I can start with from 3rd parties?

4) How big a gallery do you think I would need to go live? How many different girls? How many images per girl? Video required initially?

5) Are one week updates sufficient? As a customer, I've always been happy with that.

6) Am I better off having someone build the site for me so that I can take it over from there? Meaning, I just want the initial design, user access, and billing integration done. I can promote, update, etc. What is the going rate for such a job?

Those are the main questions. Probably the most important in my mind to get help on is #1. I can pretty much figure out the others, but I can't go live without good content.

Yes, I'm creating a pay site. I'm willing to put some money into it in terms of buying high quality content and starting with a large and hopefully fairly exclusive gallery and video streams.

However, having spent a good deal of time looking for sites that sell content of naturally busty girls, I don't think I can put together a large enough gallery of the type of offerings that I want. That's why I was looking for some more pointers to such sites as well as trying to get some answers to some other newbie questions.

Are you saying it's easier/cheaper to get content that way than buying it? I'm in SF, CA. I've already tried some Craigslist ads looking for busty models, but have had no responses.

I just need to start with a dozen solid girls with a couple hundred shots each and start from there. And maybe several minutes of streaming video for a handful of the girls. And that's it. And this chair.

Is it really that hard to find? I've bookmarked about 3 girls so far that fit the bill in terms of appearance and volume of material at not a ridiculous price.
