Need some webcasting advice

I run a handful of paysites and am looking to do some live webcasts with some of my models.

I am looking for a decent solution to stream live video and audio and have been out of the stream game for a while. I would like to start off small, maybe a stream for 100 users.

I'm sure there are some packages or new companies out there that can help me out.

Any advice is appreciated

Watch out for Acacia, they own the patent to streaming.
