Credit Based Billing

Does anyone know of billing system that would allow the user to have a set number of 'credits' or 'tokens' for a monthly fee and these credits would be used up everytime they downloaded a pic or video?

For example $10/month gives a user 100 credits and with this he could download 5 videos at 20credits each.

hey there.. unless your doing a DRM solution with ccbill that has it built in id suggest making a php script or somethign that just has simple user management and can do it.. i dont know any billers that do it apart from ccbill but they use another company to handle the managemnet of videoswhich has a cost.
