I am definately new to the business. We have just started our own website, it is probably very targeted and contains no nudity at this time (at least until she changes her mind....
Like everyone else I am going to work my ass off to get it exposed and out there to the public. I have been reading through some of these boards and will be taking thier suggestions to heart and trying out as much as I can.
I guess my main question is what is the best way to get a steady income stream, not the highest income, just something reliable, other than giving the members what they want and doing it prolifically.

One thing I am interested in is definately trade traffic. I think....
My assumption is that is trading banners basically and %'s of dollar amount sign ups?
I know we are new and no one has a clue to who we are, but none the less, that is the goal. Considering we already have some paying members with no advertising whatso ever, we can't be doing TOO bad.
A couple notes about her site, she does no nude at this time (not that that really mattes, I have seen some HOT sites with non nudes....) and she does no video/chat at this time. She does have a nice message board though (matches site...) where members can go and give her picture ideas, outfit ideas and just chat with her.
I am thinking this is something people want in a membership site. A way to contact the person they are paying to see.
Is this a good idea to continue with, is there anything else we should do? I dont want to fill her site with banners from 20-30 other websites, that just looks tackey to me.
