Webcam setup overseas- help!

im thinking of setting up a webcam service overseas- either eastern europe or south/central america. what is needed to set up somthing like this?

is there a way to get around the language barrier?- as im sure most models will not speak alot/ if not no english.

how much cash is needed to set somthing up like this?
is there decent money to be made in webcam services?

It is very competitive and a very saturated market, not to mention that it is illegal in Romania, where most of the studios are from.

It's really somewhat hard to make a lot of money by US standards but you do pretty well if you actually live in the country.

John Marco: yeah, been lookin around theres a few the czech republic also..
havent noticed many in the americas.. any ideas on what the % breakup is on a sale? billing, girls, ect?
