Bulk email friendly Hosting??

I'm found a good host that can handle unlimited spamming (er uh I mean opt-in email sending wink heh), they do bulk email webhosting and emailing. But they cost US$3000 for 1 server with 1.5 megabit connection.

Does anyone know anyone else out there that can do cheaper than this as I find this too expensive for spamming out.

Any idea how many emails a 1.5 mega connection with 1ghz server can send out per day? 1million emails?
