Mass Encoding Of Dvds

Does anyone know of what industrial hardware that exists to put in multiple dvds in a rack and then encode them all at once, with the help of windows media batch encoding?

So, basically what i need to do is instead of encoding 10 dvds a day, I can encode 100.
