Domain Experation Question

If it says that th domain expires on 9/01/2005 does that mean that it expires this morning or tonight? And if it is this morning, is there any reason that it would show the domain being unavalible even though teh whois info hasn't changed?

sometimes there is a pending delete grace period. it really depends on the registrar. sometimes with real valuable ones you may choose to go with a backorder service...
