Hi Martin,
Well the gallery links need to be in tables to spread out. You should take a look at some of the other sites out there for ideas.
Or just spend a few dollars to have one done for you it's much faster so you can spend your time building the traffic for your site instead.
www.tgpfactory.com is a good place to go only $55 for a tgp site

I can see what you are trying to do though right now you are just sending people to a gallery they close the browser once they seen the pics and they choose another one of you thumbs - Basically you are creating something thats too simple to surf.
Less is more, work out where you want the punter to click and show it to them so they click it, once they leave your page get em over to the sponsor YOU dont want them back, if you sponsor is good they will convert them
