Need Experience

well i sign up to a Billing company named myvirtualcard.com as a diffrent Billing sollution for my domestic clients. Other Billers often do not accept credit cards from 3 part countries. This is my main problem !
I knew Clear Card are very good but after i sign up to clear Card last winter they say your site will be setup shortly, they request all my details documents. I've send the documents still to them but after all my mails nobody did ever reply ever, very mistery.
However, i sign now to myvirtualcard and they accept but i did not know how guaranty this company is, could any one who have expirience with myvirtual give me information to this company ?
