If I posted on some adult-oriented msgboards with a link to my blog in my signature and had sponsor affiliate codes in that blog, is that considered spamming and would I get banned from most of those msgboards?

I doubt that would be considered spamming by most boards as long as you are actually posting something of value that contributes to the thread.
