Need Help With CJUltra

Im trying to get CJUltra installed on my server, I have MySql setup on the server and according to my host, my persmissions are set up though he can give me no more info than that because he says he doesnt really know it that well. He says other people are using it on his servers successfully. My problem is whenever I try to set it up on the setup.php, I get the following error:

SETTING UP...

Error: 1044: Access denied for user: 'unhinged@localhost' to database 'unhinged'

does anyone know what is wrong here?

Unhinged, I had the same problem when my current php/mysql script played with the settings on cjultra script. Tried to fix it over 2 days and finally gave up.

I get that error on some of my domains too... to fix it create a new user for that domain then make him a database.

On a bunch of my servers the database name is domainname_com

For example my database for purelyinsane.com is called:
purelyinsane_com

That could be your problem.

And make sure to uninstall CJUltra before you try to set it up again...I had different problems with CJUltra and the more you try to fix them, the worse they become...CJUltra is pretty much like Windows...LOL
