    So what do I need?

I am probably going to persue getting a porn site up and running, Just need some help and direction.

1>Are specific girl sites likely to get more traffic or various girls?

2>What exactly am I going to need to get started (ie. investment and tech wise)

    3>Hardcore or softcore better?

4>How much extra cash can one expect once it gets up and running?

Any answers to these would be greatly appreciated!

I really like these boards and look foward to visiting them more often and get to know some of you better.

The best advise I can give you is to read read read. You can have good luck with whatever route you choose to go. What most people tend to advise a newbie is to stick with what you like. If you like mature sites and frequent them, then you know what you like (and what others will probably like too). For a newbie to dive right in to a niche they no nothing about or don't care too much about would probably not do so well. The bottem line is porn sells. I have seen shit sites that are pumped out 50 a day make a lot of money and I have seen great sites with hours of work on them not make a penny.

Again, the best advise I can offer is read as much as you can. I have a webmaster resources site if you want to take a look at it. I have written a bunch of article on using AVS to get great traffic, getting started with no money down, and lots of other great advise that I wish somebody would have given me when I first started out many years ago.

Anyway here is the URL to my site if you want to take a look:

    Enjoy and good luck,

I've read most of the articles on Flows site, http://www.pornmasterz.com, and he knows what he's talking about. I'd recommend starting there. I'd also recommend starting small. You shouldn't dive into a pay site or shell out a huge chunk of money until you have a little bit of knowledge concerning the whole adult industry. You'll just be wasting your time and money.

I read the other day that 110 million people use the internet to access adult material. So you've got lots of customers, just take your time and learn as much as you can.
