I would like to install a content rotator into my TGP, wich one would you reccomend (FREE best, PAY doesn,t matter)

Check out ATO Script's Gallery Admin. Can use for galleries with descriptions, without descriptions (generic "gallery 01, gallery 02, etc." links), random sponsor links, or for rotating 404 or any sort of traffic.
