Need Scripts for Text and Thumb TGP

I'm looking for a free Text TGP script, and a free thumb TGP script to use, I use comus, but on one of my other sites, there is no zend opt. and can't use .cgi or .pl files.

And I can't get remote thumbs to work on any server i've ever tried. sooooo.

anyone have any suggestions?
