Webmaster with big site who needs extra hosting?

Hello,

I am thinking off buying a server for my page http://www.heteschup.com.
I was thinking off buying something like this:
Dell PE750
P4 2,8Ghz HT
512MB DDR Memory (can always be added)
2x 80 GB SATA HD
2TB Volume datatraffic
APC

But my site isn't big enough to fully use this server. So I was wondering if somebody is instrested in trading, unique traffic to my site in return to

Anyone any ideas about how many uniques for how many hosting?
For instance how many uniques for 5gb webspace and 100gb traffic ?

No I want my own dedicated server, so I can tweak it.
