    2257 question

I`m sure this must have been discussed somewhere on the board before but I can`t seem to find a straight answer:
I am a webmaster outside of the U.S but with servers in the U.S...can my host be held liable under 2257 for the content hosted on my site?
Thanks, and sorry if this has been discussed before.

From all I've heard, Hosting companies cannot be liable for any webmasters content.

Hosting companies are exempt but I`m not sure they wouldn`t close your account when fuckers from doj call them and start whining
