Traffic Sucks... why?

Hey, got two sites:
http://www.allteensite.com and http://www.ez-pic.com

The paysite (allteensite) converts about 1:200 from traffic that it gets from ez-pic. Unfortunately ez-pic doesnt get enough traffic to allteensite, it send only about 50/day from people clicking banners.

Am I missing something? I have trades going at ez-pic and there is traffic going to the galleries on them but how the hell do I get more traffic to allteensite since thats where im making money?

If anyones interested, i set up 60% recurring on allteensite.com . What else would motivate webmasters to send traffic to my site? More %? Free Conent? More Banners? Im open to all ideas.

Also, could someone look and maybe give me pointers on where I went wrong with layout and such?

I saw both of your sites. They are well made. Probably you need more of advertising of your sites. There should be more pics on one page on both of your sites. Best of luck.
