Hey whassup guys... I am new to this board.. but a friend of mine sent me here! I own www.brooklynbitches.com , I am strugglin!! At our prime in March/April we did like 4,200 gross in a month, but after revokes/chargebacks we only made like 1400. Since then it has been all down fall to the point where like last pay period I only got a 80.00 check after revokes/charge backs. My traffic is down to virtually nothing and I dont know what to do. Link trades dont seem to work.. search engines dont seem to work, and mail marketing seems to be the only thing showing some type of results, and that is starting to dry up. Can anyone help me?

Well, your site looks good. I think your site needs some promotion. Your new competitors have surpassed you. Give them some more free stuff.

You have copied ARS' warning page exactly, so every surfer that hits that page is going to think they are about to see a tour they've already seen a million times. Do you have server stats? How much you wanna bet 1/2 your traffic bails off that warning page without ever seeing your site?

Kill the left side nav, all that does is encourage people to bounce around until they are bored and then leave, most likely by clicking on the traffic leaks you have at the bottom left of the page, so get rid of those too.

Once you get rid of all that other crap you are still left with a very confusing page that makes it look like you only have one model on your whole site. Clean it up and put up some pictures of other girls.

just wanted to point out something... on the main page, if you scroll down, where you have the updates... saturday is posted about a dozen times... that's just annoying.
