OMG Please Help!

Shit, for some reason, sales have become non-existant. I havent recieved a sale in 3 weeks, prior to that I was getting daily sales. I slightly changed the index page but not enough to affect sales that much. My traffic is pretty much the same although it has slipped a bit. Can anyone take a look and let me know what you think.

Putting a big list of links OFF your site in the top right hand corner can't be helping. If you are going to make a bunch of traffic leaks the most prominent feature of the page you should at least pop them in new windows.

The "tour pages" look way too much like cheap tgp pages, they've got that very familiar default ThumbsPlus look. Surfers are going to think they are paying for access to the same generic re-hashed crap they can get for free. Why don't you at least do all the pages like the 1st one and add in some storyline text to go with the images?

(I?ve been workin? it for 4 years now and even I learned a few things ? especially the legal stuff and a lot of admin organization suggestion to keep the piles of shit on my desk from piling up even more ? lol!)

combscombs - I've seen your fuckin posts in the past and your solution to everything is "headers and footers." I ask you this, What the Fuck are you talking about? Footers? This aint some fuckin term paper pal. What do footers have to do with web design? Do you even know what a fuckin footer is?

I'm really new to the biz, I'm not going to bullshit. But I started out as your enduser/surfer. I know what I like, and I know what I'm willing to pay money for. I also know what a lot of other people like. One of the biggest fears the average surfer has is being ripped off. The best way to get new subscribers is to show them your hand for the first couple of rounds. If I was to just go on what the tour shows me, a few dozen thumbnails of seperate girls doesn't seem like it's worth $20/month. Give the surfer a better understanding of what the site's layout is like on the inside. Other than the tour, I like the site. But again, the tour itself seems to guide me away from the site... that and when I DID hit back a few times to go back to the main page, I was hit with a dozen pop-ups... pop ups like that tend to frustrate the enduser and makes us do things like ALT F4 like mad until everything is closed and then never go back. You may want to simmer down on those a bit.
Like I said before, I am new at the whole biz and maybe I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about, but as my experience as a surfer, I wouldn't pay for your site.
