How to get those nice looking models

Hi... I'm currently building a paysite that will be featuring cam girls. Take a small peek at http://www.webcamcutie.com ( It's not finished yet )

I'm currently looking for models. Does anyone have an idea what the best way is to get models willing to work for our camsite ? We already buy google keywords, but doesnt seem to work very well.

well that depends. are you running a studio? if so, its easy to put an ad in the paper, filter out the unwanted models and hire some good stable employees. if you mean remote, most of them are very versed in how cam work is. so you can just goto many modelling forums and post your position.
