New to Graphics.

I hate paying somebody else to design something I should know how to do. I'm talking simple shit like a one page tgp.


What program should I learn how to use? I am only going to make small free sites and tgps.

ok if you want to do it your self then you should get photoshop cs. but as that program is not for free and you still have to learn it you can better pay some one to make you a prof design.

i can make you one if you want for $75. you would even spend more in time and money doing it your self. and then you still have to hope it looks good.

Well, thanks for the info. I have about 8 TGPs and I hope to build one every week. That could get very expensive using a designer. Is there anything cheaper than photoshop cs?

photoshop just give you the right tools to design. but maybe that you can also use coral draw. atleast i think you write it like that. But then you have the problem that you won't be able to convert your design to html wich is needed to put it only with your tgp script.

I don't think there is any other sofware that can work for you. Plus you might want to look for some turorials on like to get the hang of photoshop.

If you want to make money you need to invest money.

check out GIMP.. Open source graphics program.. Its free and could be a good way to see how much you like design and if you are any good at it.

you can always get a pdf manual of quick and easy use of photoshop, there are lots of them on the net.
