site layout advice.

I've ran a few formats and the layout i have now seems to render some good conversions. However people feel i give away too much for free and leave less to the tease factor. can you guys take a look and give me an opinion?

I like the layout, I would use something other than white as a background.
I think you already answered your own question you do give to much away,
but then again I am a fan of not giving any hardcore away.
Maybe swap to some softcore pics.

I agree. I don't like to use hardcore either, but its ok to use pics that show *almost* everything =) I think you need a little more tease as well.

Otherwise, I like the site. I think it blends well with the Amateur theme. I think the white backgrounds adds to the charm.

i was thinking a design like http://www.amateurcanada.com/newtour.php and just click the model to see her sets. get rid of the free photos entirely. no one really has a free gallery anyways, they just demand money.

yah bad quality of thumbnails (force resizing , colors combi)...

The format of the layouting is fine.. but i think the pictures are too crowded.. and use other colors aside from white to make pictures stand out more.. although im sure it'll already catch other people's attention.. because of the hardcore content.. But the overall your site looks okei to me..
