Webmaster Needed for Existing Site

We are in need of a webmaster/programmer to assume the maintenance of our adult web site. The site is design in static and dynamic html and contains image galleries and video clip galleries. It is an existing revenue producing business. Our current programmer left us and we are looking for a replacement. The pay is based on a percentage of the revenue.
